Business Support Officer
- Understand how the business uses the applications in their space and support them properly;
- Provide day to day IT business support and progress reports to our internal clients regarding business applications and IT technical issues following the established incident management process;
- Establish a good relationship with the business users;
- Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them before there is business impact.
- Previous experience in Life Insurance Business or in the Financial Sector would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of SQL querying;
- Good understanding of Fund Accounting;
- Knowledge of Database languages;
- Demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Able to understand the business needs of your clients;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Fluent in English and French. Other European languages will be considered an advantage.
