Job description


  • Collaborate with Sales team to understand the needs and goals for the business
  • Prepare material for internal meetings and external presentations / proposals / conferences – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications
  • Support the design and deployment of marketing materials
  • Ability to communicate Lombard’s sales strategies and preparation of material that enables Lombard’s clients to make informed decisions.
  • Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Assist in the content for external communications
  • Identify recommendations for advertising content and facilitate the appropriate content
Marketing Materials
  • Responsible for the production of product marketing materials, drafting brochures and assisting with creation of presentations
  • Facilitate creation of collateral and materials to support company initiatives
  • Assist with the creation of event plans and marketing materials for conferences, meetings and various internal and external training sessions
  • Coordinate with Compliance for all marketing materials
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant Marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in the field of financial services is preferred
  • Series 6 or 7 required (can be obtained post-hire within 90 days)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in business-related verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional assessment and organization skills; attention to detail and responsiveness in follow-through
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members/levels of the organization
  • Must be flexible with the daily work and schedule to accommodate priority assignments on short notice
  • The ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office products and Adobe InDesign; Salesforce and Prezi experience a plus
